Welcome to bbStudioNYC (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.bbstudionyc.com (the “Site”), including any features, services, or digital platforms provided by bbStudioNYC.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use this Site. Certain sections, including the Members Page, may require approval before access is granted.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities under your account.
2. Use of Site & Services
The Site allows users to:
Create personal accounts and profiles
Upload content such as photos and portfolios
Rent or lend wardrobe items and creative assets
Book services (e.g., styling, production, studio rental)
Purchase memberships, rentals, or other paid offerings
You agree to use the Site and its services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the Site.
3. Membership & Paid Services
Access to certain content or services may require a membership fee or one-time payment. All fees are clearly outlined before checkout.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Rentals and Responsibility
If you rent or borrow clothing or props through bbStudioNYC:
You are fully responsible for the condition of the items.
Any damage, loss, or excessive wear may result in additional fees or full replacement cost.
Late returns may incur penalty fees.
5. User Content
By uploading or submitting content (images, videos, bios, etc.), you grant bbStudioNYC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the content for promotional and operational purposes.
You must own or have the legal rights to any content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of bbStudioNYC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any content without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer for Sensitive Content
Some sections of the Site may include editorial or artistic content that is not suitable for all ages. These pages will include a clear Disclaimer. By accessing those areas, you confirm you are 18+ or have appropriate consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure the Site operates smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. bbStudioNYC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any behavior we consider harmful to the community.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Booking & Studio Services
All bookings or service engagements (e.g., creative direction, photography, production services) are subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
A 50% deposit is required to begin all projects, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Late payments are subject to a 5% monthly fee. Continued nonpayment may result in project suspension or legal action.
All package pricing listed is a base rate. Final pricing is based on usage rights, shoot days, and other project-specific needs.
Admin and platform fees are included with bbStudioNYC memberships.
